Nurse Practitioner Erin Giordano grew up in Indiana, just outside of Cincinnati, and graduated from Milan High School in 2006. She completed her B.A. in Exercise Science in 2010 at Hanover College in Indiana. While there, she was a member of the Mortar Board Honor Society and Chair of her graduating class. Her nursing education began at Mount St. Joseph University, where she earned her M.S.N. in 2012 through their accelerated program and was a member of Kappa Gamma Pi Honor Society. She then practiced as a Registered Nurse at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital on the adolescent medical-surgical floor for almost four years. While working full time, she furthered her education at the University of Cincinnati. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC.
Erin is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International and BLS certified. She resides in Northern Kentucky with her husband Rich and her cat Bo. While not providing care at the Milford and Hyde Park offices, she enjoys gardening, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
