Clinical Social Worker Gretchen Dorman is originally from Madison, Wisconsin, but has spent most of her professional career in Tennessee. Gretchen received a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. After that she attended graduate school at Erikson Institute and Loyola University-Chicago where she graduated with Masters Degrees in Child Development and Social Work. After graduation, Gretchen and her husband moved to Franklin, TN where she worked as a social worker in non-profit settings providing clinical services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Since moving to Ohio in late 2017, Gretchen has been working in an outpatient counseling center providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
Gretchen is very excited to be joining the team at ESD to provide integrated behavioral health services. She has previous years of experience working in a pediatric clinic and is looking forward to returning to work in this setting.
