Dr. Walters grew up in Hayward, Wisconsin, and graduated from Hayward High School in 2009. She then attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a music minor in 2013. She completed her medical education at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, WI in 2017. After medical school, she moved to Ohio to join the pediatric residency program at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, graduating in June 2020. After completing her residency, she joined the ESD Pediatric Group.
During residency, Dr. Walters was actively involved in and served as a resident leader for the Primary Care Pathway, which emphasizes the knowledge and skills necessary for success as a primary care pediatrician.
Dr. Walters enjoys caring for children from birth through adolescence, helping parents navigate the challenges each age has to offer. She has a particular interest in breastfeeding medicine. She also currently serves on the board of the Cincinnati Pediatric Society, the local representation of the Ohio Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Walters lives in Madisonville with her husband, son, and their two golden retrievers. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking at the Cincinnati Nature Center, cooking Half Baked Harvest recipes, baking bread, playing fantasy football, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
