Dr. Parks was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati. She attended Xavier University for her undergraduate degree where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Natural Science. She completed her medical education at the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine. She then moved to Louisville, Kentucky to complete her pediatric residency at Kosair Children’s Hospital.
After completing her residency program, she relocated to Cincinnati where she was a staff physician for five years in the Division of Emergency Medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
After completing her residency program, she moved back to Cincinnati and joined the ESD Pediatric Group in 1996. Dr. Parks serves as the Secretary of ESD Pediatric Group. She can be found caring for children of all ages at the Hyde Park office.
Dr. Parks is board certified in pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a member of the Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) and the Clermont County Medical Society.
Jenny Parks, MD, FAAP’s current interests include physician resident teaching, the care of chronic diseases, and promoting the overall health and well-being of children. Dr. Parks is also on staff at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and is involved in various quality improvement projects.

Dr. Parks is married to her husband, Ken. They have two children, Cory and Sarah, and reside in Green Township. In her spare time, when Dr. Parks is not chauffeuring her children to various sports and scouting events, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, playing the piano, boating, and reading.
