Nurse Practitioner Liz Mitchell grew up on the east side of Cincinnati and graduated from Ursuline Academy. She attended Miami University and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health with a focus in Dietetics and Nutrition. After Miami, she attended Xavier University where she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing via their accelerated program and graduated in 2013. She began her career at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center on a medical surgical floor and worked there for 6 years. While working full time at Children’s, she returned to Xavier University and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP and a member of Ohio NAPNAP.

Liz is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honors Society of Nursing and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She is certified as a Clinical Nurse Leader and is PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certified. She resides in Anderson with her husband, Adam, and their two sons, Jameson and Ellis. She enjoys boating, sports, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
