Prescription Requests at ESD Pediatric Group in Milford and Norwood/Hyde Park OH

For all medication refills, please call the office or request via the ESD Patient Portal. For controlled ADD/ADHD medications such as Ritalin, Adderall, and Concerta please call at least 24 hours in advance. Please have the following information ready:

• the patient’s name
• the patient’s phone number
• name of medication, and dose to be refilled along with directions
• the name of the pharmacy
• the phone number of the pharmacy

Remember, non-urgent prescription requests can also be made via the internet through the ESD Patient Portal. This can save you time and help to cut down on busy phone lines.
