Sarah Teremi, APRN-CNP

Nurse Practitioner Sarah Teremi grew up south of the Ohio River in Northern Kentucky. She attended Northern Kentucky University graduating in 2005 with high distinction and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing Degree. She followed up this degree the following year graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She was honored with the Academic Achievement Award at NKU for graduating at the top of nursing class. She began her professional career in nursing in adult medicine staffing both medical and surgical intensive care units. In 2009, her passion for children took her to Cincinnati Children’s where she started as an RN in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. In 2013 she began her transition to outpatient medicine working in various clinics around Cincinnati Children's. She was able to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing the same year with a Pediatric focus from NKU where she upheld a 4.0 GPA She joined the ESD Pediatric Group immediately upon her NP degree.

She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Sarah is married to her husband Mark and they have 3 children, Kate, Aden and Noah. They reside in Northern Kentucky and have 1 dog. When not seeing patients at ESD, Sarah enjoys traveling, shopping, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

NP Sarah sees patients at both the Milford and Hyde Park locations. She is board-certified as a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC.
