Nurse Practitioner Sarah Teremi grew up right across the river in Northern Kentucky. She attended Northern Kentucky University, graduating in 2005 with high distinction for her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing degree, and then again in 2006 as Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She was honored with the Academic Achievement Award for graduating at the top of her nursing class following her 4 years at NKU. She began her career in nursing in the Medical and Surgical Intensive Care Units of an adult hospital in Northern Kentucky. In 2009, she took a position at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center as a nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. In 2013, she transferred to the outpatient department of CCHMC, working in various clinics around the main hospital and satellite locations. That same year, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing with Pediatric Nurse Practitioner focus from NKU, wherein she upheld a 4.0 GPA. Sarah is a board certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from the ANCC.

Sarah is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She still lives in Northern Kentucky and sees patients at both the Hyde Park and Milford Offices.

Sarah, her husband, Mark, daughter Kate, and sons Aden and Noah, reside in Northern Kentucky. They have a mini goldendoodle named Lilee and new addition Charley, a double doodle. While not working as a Nurse Practitioner, she enjoys traveling, shopping, reading and spending time with her friends and family.
