ESD NEW NORMAL OFFICE GUIDELINES

These "New Normal" Office Guidelines are being implemented for the health and safety of our patients, parents and medical team.  To minimize the potential risk exposure for our patients, families and staff, all ill visits, ADHD/Medication recheck and Behavioral health appointments are being scheduled as Telemedicine visits.  If it is determined that your child needs to be evaluated in the office, an appointment will be scheduled at the Milford office.

Waiting rooms at both offices remain closed.  Upon arrival at the appointment time, please text your child’s name and either Milford or HP to 513-248-1210. You will receive a text when a room is ready for the appointment.

Upon arrival you will be greeted at the door and asked screening questions to make sure your child is not experiencing any signs of illness.  If there are symptoms of illness, a provider will be consulted to determine if the visit can be completed or needs to be rescheduled.

Both offices are seeing WELL CHECK appointments including but not limited to annual physicals, pre-op, injury evaluation and suture removal.

Face Masks are required during the in office visit.  All parents are required to wear a mask, and children over 2 years of age will be strongly encouraged/not required to wear a mask.

Patients over two years of age should be accompanied by only one parent or guardian.  To minimize the potential risk exposure, if possible, it is recommended to leave siblings at home.

These guidelines have been implemented to minimize the risk of exposure to your child, family and our staff. We are striving to provide the best possible medical care in a clean and safe environment. Your compliance with these guidelines is appreciated.
